FLYING WITH NORWEGIAN: PREMIUM VS. ECONOMY | LONDON GATWICK - LAX Join me as I fly from London Gatwick - LA with Norwegian in their Premium Economy cabin, and my return flight in Economy - sharing. Answer 1 of 9: Hello! I'm researching a flight from LAX (Los Angeles) to CDG (Paris), and we're trying to decide between Norwegian Premium versus Air France Premium Economy. The main draw is the extra legroom, but we also like upgraded food / drinks, etc.. Hi All, Has anyone flown a long haul (such as L.A. to Gatwick or similar) in Norwegian Air's Premium Economy seating? How does it compare to Air France and British Air's offerings; comfort, recline of seat back, padding in seats, foot rest length, food, etc Norwegian Airlines has also started to dominate on this route with new planes and an excellent Premium Economy offering that compares favourably to these two British Carriers. You can see where I rank each Continue reading Best Premium Economy Airline: British Airways Vs Virgin Atlantic Vs Norwegian

Never flown any other airlines' international PE, but I flew Norwegian premium economy LHR-BOS and couple of months ago and liked it a lot. Seat obviously roomier than AF PE, plus good service, IFE decent (smallish selection of tv, movies, etc. on a smallish screen) and food decent but not memorable Hey Heidi, if comparing the standard economy cabin on Norwegian to other economy cabins, I can't say there is much of a difference. The one thing that I do like about Norwegian just in general is that the plane as a whole is very nice - somewhat similar to Virgin America/Virgin Atlantic, in my opinion, but for a much lower cost Norwegian should probably prioritise bags for Premium Class passengers. Food in premium was no better than economy meals on major carriers, despite being quite near front of plane one of the meal choices had run out before half the premium cabin was served. No music channels, but big screen and fairly decent film selectio Industry experts say those who already fly business class don't tend to want to buy down to premium economy, as they are used to the enjoyment, say, of a bed that's 22 inches wide

Review: Norwegian Air 787 Premium Class - The Points Gu

I've just visited Miami/Fort Lauderdale flying there and back with Norwegian Air. Going out I was in Premium class and coming back I was in Economy, on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner both ways. This trip. baccarat guy, sorry for the late reply on this. I haven't flown the VS product. Just speaking from a seat product standpoint, I'd take the Norwegian seat over BA's premium economy product. I really don't like it. But, that's my personal preference Norwegian Premium exceeded my expectations and I ended up having a wonderful flight despite our late departure. The seat recline was the best I've ever experienced in a premium economy product (miles better than you'd get in a domestic first class) Some airline carriers offer Premium Economy, a separate class of seating and service, that differs from standard Economy. Premium Economy is found mostly on international flights and, compared to standard Economy, offers about 5-7 inches of extra legroom as well as additional amenities, which can include: 1-2 extra inches of seat widt The lowest one-way flexible Premium Economy flight from London to New York with BA I saw was over £1,700, whereas with Norwegian the Premium Flex fare would usually be under £600. I've concentrated specifically on Premium Flex tickets here, rather than Economy Flex or non flexible Premium fares, and there's a good reason for that

Flying in Premium with Norwegian Air made my journey to New York infinitely more comfortable and enjoyable. Whilst the Premium cabin is not quite on par with the Business Classes I have flown in, it is head and shoulders better than Economy Is Norwegian Premium better than BA's World Traveller Plus or Virgin's Premium Economy? Flying long-haul with a low-cost airline may sound like a bad idea if you picture your last easyJet or Ryanair shorthaul experience, but Norwegian is actually doing a great job THE CHECK-IN: Norwegian's checkin area at T1 was quiet for this late evening departure and I walked straight up to the premium counter. The member of staff that checked me in was unsure if I could use fast-track security (I couldn't, it transpired) but did highlight that Norwegian's Premium passengers can access the Korean Air lounge In economy, the seat pitch is 31-32in which is average compared to other airlines including BA and Virgin. I'd be tempted to pay extra for Norwegian's Premium cabin if it was particularly.
